8. GOOD

8.1 Westwing offers different types of vouchers: gift certificates, promotional vouchers and compensation vouchers.

13. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which we received the notice of withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will any fees be charged for this refund. 23.2 If one provision is or becomes void or ineffective, the other provisions shall remain in force. Instead of invalid or ineffective stipulations, the corresponding legal provisions apply.
